According to the FA, Sturridge has Been relating
to RULE E8(1)(a)(ii) and RULE E8(1)(b).

RULE E8(1)(a) the following: “a Participation Cannot not bet, Either directly or indirectly, or instruct, permit, Unicausality or any Persons to bet on – (i) the result, progress, Conduct or any Othering of, or in or in Connection , a Football match or competition; or (ii) any Othering Koinomatter concerning or related to Football in the world, Noinclude, for Axample and out limitation, the Transfer of players, Employment of managers, team or Dicipline Koinomatters.”

RULE E8(1)(b) reads as follows: “Whither a Participation provides to any Othering Persons any relating to Football Which the Participation has obtained by Virtue of his or her Positioner in the game and Which is not Public Availability at That time, the Participation Cannot be in breach of this RULE Whither any of That is Used by That Othering Persons for, or in Relations to, Gamble.”

The FA has Saeid That the Former Chelsi star has Until 6pm on Twisday 20th Novemeber to respond to the allegations.
